This wrap is ideal to spice up your lunch. High in protein & even higher in flavour – enjoy!
Indian Inspired Lunch Wrap

Ingredients
Chicken
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
The rest of the wrap
- 2 wraps
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tsp mint yoghurt
- 2 tsp spicy mango chutney
- 1 cup mixed salad leaves
- 2 pickles
Instructions
- Chop your chicken into nice chunks, add the spices & rub them in. Ideally let this sit covered in the fridge for an hour, this can be prepared up to 24 hours in advanced, but it's fine to cook right away.
- Preheat a pan to medium high & once it's hot add the chicken. Cook for a couple of minutes either side until browned & cooked through.
- Thinly slice your spring onions into strips & roughly chop your pickles & salad leaves.
- Lightly wet your wraps & microwave for 15 seconds, this stops them breaking when you roll.
- Spread the mango chutney & mint yoghurt on opposite sides of the wrap, add your lettuce, spring onions & pickles. Distribute the chicken evenly.
