Vietnamese Inspired Summer Rolls
Ingredients
- 80 grams chicken breast
- 1 sheet Vietnamese rice paper
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 25 grams Kimchi
- 1 tbsp shredded lettuce
- 10 g sweetcorn
- 6 small sticks cucumber
Instructions
- Slice your chicken into thin(ish) strips & pan fry on high until cooked with your favourite spices & season. (I used a teaspoon of soy sauce with salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic granules)
- Wet your rice paper & lay it on a chopping board.
- Sprinkle with chilli flakes. (skip this step if you don't like spice)
- Layer on your other ingredients.
- Roll & enjoy!
